We are an introductory service rather than a care agency. We introduce you to those looking for care and support you both through the whole process! 

With the respect Homecare you can work when and how much you want, with who you choose, providing the support you’re happy to provide – all while earning £15-£22 per hour!

Introductory care services are often cheaper than fully managed live-in care services. Carers may also prefer this model because they can stay with one client for longer.

How it works

Respect homecare matches clients with carers based on information provided by the client or family. The client or their representative then manages the care arrangement directly with the carer. 

Care Assistant's requirement are as follows:

  • You have a caring, empathetic nature
  • You have a conviction-free DBS (we can help you sort this, don’t worry!)
  • You have the right to work in the UK
  • Whilst you will be provided with all of the tools and support you could need; you understand this is a self-employed role
  • You have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car is an advantage, but is not essential
  • You understand that we support self-employed Personal Assistants
